As a Specialist at Apple Retail, I deliver exceptional customer service to both everyday customers and small to medium business users. This ranges from sales through to troubleshooting and support of our products, services, and software. I’ve worked across all the store departments, often assisting the Genius and Creative teams, and been responsible for delivering training to customers and new hires. As part of the Employee Relations Team in my store, I represent my colleagues in giving feedback to the leadership team and work with management to implement new initiatives. We prioritise inclusion and diversity, so I ensure fair and equitable decisions. In 2019, I had the opportunity to participate in a Quality Assurance Testing career experience at Apple headquarters in Cupertino, California. I’m proud to have been involved in two new store openings in Birmingham and one in Belfast, Ireland, in 2024. I’m highly experienced in using Mac and iOS, having used Apple devices and software for nearly 30 years. I am proficient in using the Apple pro-apps Logic Studio Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Motion as well as their consumer offerings in GarageBand and iMovie.
