While a Tier One Medicare Advocate, because I was already doing the job without pay or title, I was asked in advance--& indeed on 9 May 2021--was double-promoted for a 6-month stint that extended into ~1 year.. I quickly became THE #1 Team Captain to--without a hint of a threat: coach, encourage, guide, lead (by caring coaching & example), mentor & warm-up teammates & prospects. Our team was consistently #1-3 of 8 teams! {;>) When it came time to promote me as promised, due to Ai & more, they instead laid off numerous people in May 2022. Two months later, after I obtained another job, but had not yet reported, they asked me to come back, tried to decrease my base pay (I appropriately refused) & was called back at the same rate & I went on to knock the socks off the stats & still continued to produce my helpful "Karl's Klues" on the All-Teams chat! 2023: was THE GLOBAL #1 OUTBOUND SALES ADVOCATE, but NObody was given any annual credit that year, but my KPI chart is one of the images in this profile somewhere.
