My customers are international industrial companies who approach me with following tasks: building up a production site (from greenfield), process optimisation of existing business, cost reduction, productivity push and/or production planning for a defined product. I support them either as an external consultant or interims manager.
Project lead of a change/ reingeneering process. Main tasks: process change of the group supply chain (procurement, logistics, production), reorganisation of management processes, spin-off and outsourcing projects, cost reduction, productivity and operational eficiency, setting up a balanced scorecard. The main goal of all agendas was to make company fit for the future.
