I am leading the revenue growth and go-to-market (GTM) strategy for our Mastercard cyber marketplace offering. Our company is undergone a transformative shift, evolving from a traditional Managed Security Service Distributor (MSSD) model to an innovative online cybersecurity marketplace. In October 2023, we achieved a significant milestone by launching our cybersecurity marketplace in partnership with Mastercard. This initiative highlights our dedication to delivering cutting-edge security solutions and expanding our market reach.
Division Leadership and Strategic Development • Oversaw a $23m+ revenue division with a workforce of 100 employees across the UK&I, region. • Headed a division with approximately 60 employees, generating $20m in revenues and delivering double-digit growth from 2020 to 2023 through a direct, Channel-centric, On-line and Manage Service (MSP) go-to-market strategy. • Recruited and developed a high-performing leadership team, comprising Functional Leads (Sales, and Field Operations) . • Drove strategic initiatives to transition from a technical to a business-selling model by focusing on the development and implementation of cloud-based solutions & MEDDIC Strategic Alignment and Performance Management • Formulated and executed regional strategies in alignment with corporate objectives, ensuring the effective allocation of resources, adherence to guiding principles, meticulous planning, and establishment of key performance indicators (KPIs). • Achieved corporate goals through strategic leadership and comprehensive management practices. • Served as a Board Advisor for DataVista, a leading data privacy and compliance portal for GDPR & CCPA. • Collaborated with a team of legal, data security, and HR experts to enhance data compliance monitoring. • Contributed to simplifying the compliance process, reducing time and costs for organizations. • Supported the development of real-time data compliance solutions, ensuring total transparency for clients.
