• Researched cost effective employee recognition initiative, and prepared recommendation for management. • Revised the format of job descriptions and coordinated with the directors of each department to ensure that the updated job description are ADA compliance. • Assisted in administering and compiling of the 2011 Employee Satisfaction Survey.
