At Baker Tilly Capital, I oversaw middle market coverage, collaborating with internal partners, referral relationships, private equity firms, and business owners. Earlier, I identified cash flow-based sponsored and non-sponsored private credit opportunities and sourced transactions throughout the capital stack at Monroe Capital, Alcentra Capital Corporation, and Fifth Street Capital. I’m actively involved in the middle market community, currently serving on the Advisory Boards of TruRefund and Ironclad Capital Partners, as Chairperson of the Connecticut Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth, and on the committee for DealMAX. Most importantly, and the reason for all of the above — I’m a single mom with full responsibility for my two incredible children.
