About

👋 Hi, glad you're here! With 15+ years bridging leadership and hands-on delivery across tech, music, consulting and finance, I’ve always been guided by the importance of understanding: why we do things, what we do and for whom. Focusing on what creates lasting value for both the customer and the business. I’m at my best where creativity meets operational clarity. My work combines leadership, coaching, learning & development with strong artistic judgement and creative practice. I work with shaping narrative experiences in both organisational and interactive contexts. Drawn to environments where complexity is explored beneath the surface, the status quo is challenged and purpose-driven communication, quality and outcomes guide the work. Leadership, to me, is like music, painting or shaping a perfect golf shot: you listen, engage, adapt and create something meaningful together. Below is a glimpse of how former colleagues describe working with me (full quotes in my profile). If the words resonate, we’re likely on the same wavelength. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you believe we could benefit from each other! ____________________________________ → WHAT PEOPLE SAY • Visionary. Stable.
