Supervision and Coordination of 6 humanitarian missions in West & Horn of Africa (Sierra leone, Liberia, Ivory Coast, Burkina-Faso, Ethiopia, Somalia). Policy and Advocacy strategies development and implementation.
Develop networking and partnerships with IGOs, UN Agencies and Donor Governments & Agencies. Conduct analysis of institutional policies, share internal strategic recommendations.
Overall coordination of the Missions : strategy, projects implementation and monitoring, team & budget management, security, networking and advocacy, funding/donors.
