Main project lead for all Branding, eCommerce, and Direct Communications initiatives related to 2012 National Loyalty Program rollout. • Developed program branding strategy and implementation plan for branding process. Accountable for on-site brand stewardship, advertising and promotions for three brands including Horseshoe Casino and Hotel, Harrah's Casino and Hotel and Tuncia Roadhouse Casino and Hotel. • Lead team of 9 including hiring, coaching and developing members to their full potential. • Responsible for managing a $7MM marketing budget and ensuring maximum ROI on all marketing and advertising spends. • Direct 100% of advertising efforts integrating innovating online efforts with facebook, twitter, groupon and email marketing to 100K+ member database. • Develop cohesive traditional marketing strategy to compliment online efforts utilizing posters, transit, radio, TV, print, billboard, direct mail and on-site property promotions • Execute successful guest loyalty member programs and create innovate programs to increase membership.
Oversaw marketing team of 2 designers and 4 staff members; led the marketing strategy that increased market share 3% within 30 days at $40MM casino launch. Increased cash food revenues by 41% at $6MM restaurant re-branding/launch. • Managed $600K budget to overhaul the casino’s advertising in conjunction with a major $40MM remodel. Finished project at $570K with $30K applied directly to the bottom-line and increased market share by 3% within the first month. • Engineered 3-day advertising shoot with Paula Deen and newly built, $6MM Paula Deen Buffet at Harrah’s Casino, Tunica. Within opening month, cash food revenues increased by 41% and food covers increased by 7%.
