I do my best work in builder environments, standing up new processes, and shaping team culture and identity. Most of my experience is in developer tools and open source communities, where I’ve built a strong understanding of how to support and advocate for developers and partner closely with engineering leaders on improving how their teams build and ship code. More recently, I’ve been focused on how Customer Success evolves in the context of AI when it comes to driving adoption and delivering customer value.

Responsible for sales, pre-show planning and on-site execution of the National Hardware Show. Worked closely with businesses to identify company promotional objectives and coordinate product launches while successfully negotiating customized proposals. The National Hardware Show® is held annually at the Las Vegas Convention Center and is a place for global manufacturers, associations, organizations and the media to release their new products, ideas and insights to a broad spectrum of home improvement resellers. The National Hardware Show is organized into 8 major product focus areas including: New Product World; New Product Launch; Made in USA; Emergency Preparedness & Disaster Recovery; Energy Efficient & Eco Friendly; Homewares; Lawn, Garden & Outdoor Living; Inventors Spotlight.
