- Manage and coordinate recruitment projects from start to finish - Implement and execute creative and targeted sourcing strategies that lead to the successful collection of both active and passive candidates (candidate sourcing on LinkedIn, in a database, on the internet, targeted talent mapping) - collaborate with business managers and hiring managers to solve their HR challenges - Conduct interviews, assess candidate experience, competencies and values - Play a key role in promoting the company in order to attract the best candidates - Participate in job fairs, cooperate with universities - Collaborate with colleagues in other cities to learn and share best practice
- Responsible for active search for new candidates, organization and management of interviews, telephone and email communication with candidates, presentation of job offers to potential candidates, active cooperation with other departments of the company (mostly Sales, Office and IT) - Preparation of the necessary documents related to the start of the position, announcement of vacancies, regular evaluation of activities, administrative activities in the office - Other responsibilities appropriate to my education, knowledge, experience - Company presentation - Recruitment marketing - Communication with other departments around the world - Solving problems and support to IT departments at the branch as well as for employees - Communication with employees regarding organizational changes - Organization of the team activities and teambuilding - Always accompanied by refreshments as a company benefit - IT equipment - Office agenda - Administration - Active functioning of the office, including hardware (solving technical problems with the relevant departments) 𝗕𝗘𝗬𝗢𝗡𝗗 - presentation at internal meetings - participation in global company projects - presentation of the branch within the group

I worked in that position as a recruiter on the side while I was in college. My job was creating advertisements, selecting CVs, contacting candidates, verifying the truthfulness of the CV and, according to the requirements of the position, verifying the level of English language, communicating with foreign candidates, working with the profession and other advertising portals, collecting and evaluating documents from the recruitment area for quarterly evaluations, creating pivot tables, working with the Human system (education), uploading and registering employees in Osobnyudaj.sk, processing orders in the system, etc.
