About

Through studying service management and reading books by Ricardo Semler, I was inspired to create a radical, practical way to develop, organise and lead companies. This method, which has been improved and refined over the course of 25 years, allows and incentivises groups of employees to create impact at their companies, and take charge of the business they are involved in. This creates extraordinary results. I am the founder of @tuffledarskapsträning (Tuff Leadership Training). We train managers and other leaders in the skills needed to lead in a more involving way.
