Achievements : 1. Design and implementation of company planning system supporting annual operating plan, quarterly business reviews and monthly result outlooks across the product, market and customer portfolio, herewith increasing awareness on financial contribution in marketing and sales community. 2. Realization of reporting concept comprising reporting suites for Excecutive Management Team, Sales and marketing community and in dept analysis tool. 3. Increasing efficiency and effectiveness within Credit Management jointly with Customer and Sales service department by creating transparency on root causes for aged debt and focus on removal of payment blocking factors. 4. Design and implementation of integrated S&OP and Rolling forecast model Working on more agile credit policy and implementation of a dunning procedure supported by effective collection tool.
