With over two decades of experience in finance, investment, treasury, and strategic leadership, I currently lead the financial strategy and corporate finance function at Knowledge Economic City, driving sustainable growth and supporting the company’s long-term vision within the real estate development, mixed-use, and hospitality sectors. My expertise spans financial strategy, treasury and capital management, investment structuring, governance, business transformation, and strategic partnerships, with a strong focus on enhancing operational efficiency, financial sustainability, and shareholder value. In my role as Chief Financial Officer, I oversee all core financial functions including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, treasury, funding, compliance, governance, reporting, and investment management. I regularly present quarterly, semi-annual, and annual financial and operational performance reports to the Board of Directors and Board Committees, while also developing short, medium, and long-term financial and strategic plans to support the company’s sustainability, growth, and capital optimization objectives. Beyond finance leadership, I have played an active executive management role by directly leading Commercial, Investments, and Business Development functions until the appointment of dedicated department heads. Main Responsibilities: ● Together with the CEO and executive leadership team, develops the strategy to ensure that the organization has the financial resources needed to achieve its current and future goals, while mitigating financial and operational risk. ● Serves as a key advisor to the CEO, board of directors, and shareholders, also leads and convener the finance/audit and investment committees. ● Supervise and review project progress reports of all contractors. ● Develops and maintains effective working relationships with key financial partners including funders, banks, Capital investment companies, investors, government agencies, consultants, and vendors. ● Oversees and manages the organizational budgeting, accounting and cash management to ensure accurate reporting, interpretation and analysis of financial results in conjunction with forecasts and long-range plans. ● Manages and supervises the preparation of the annual consolidated audit reports and financial statements. ● Develops and completes timely financial statements and reports on transactions and/or information requests. ● Manages and monitors the organization’s cash flow and real estate development capital needs. ● leads the development of investment funds structure (Real Estate funds) in accordance with the Company’s Investment Policy for real estate projects. ● Leading the preparation of Budgeting, and finance reporting. ● Leading the preparation of the company's Business Planning and cash flow forecast. ● preparing/reviewing Feasibility Studies and Project Costing. ● Provide financial strategy recommendations to CEO/Chairman, and BODs.
