- Work closely with talent acquisition partners to understand hiring needs and develop creative sourcing and hiring strategies to build strong pipelines of qualified candidates. - Assist the recruiting team in scheduling and coordinating a wide variety of interviews across the organization. - Participate in recruitment syncs and cross-department meetings to understand hiring needs, aid in planning, and support sourcing efforts. - Utilize tools like LinkedIn, Wuzzuf, Forsna and other platforms to learn and perform outbound sourcing activities. - Collaborate with the talent team on employer branding initiatives and partnerships to attract top talent. - Shadow recruiting screens and hiring manager intake meetings to learn the structure of interview planning and interview etiquette.
