I am zealously curious and embrace technology to deliver scalable, innovative solutions. 🔹MY IMPACT 🔺 My Industrial and Aerospace Psychology expertise enables me to deliver successful talent management projects spanning occupational assessments, talent identification, executive coaching, succession planning, career management, organisational development and mental health and wellbeing interventions. 🔺 I can speak tech and exec. My sound sector experience (military, private security, engineering, food and beverage, construction, automotive, diamond and coal mining as well as airline and airport operations) enables me to position myself as a credible partner on the frontline as well as in the boardroom. 🔺 Cultural agility is key. It enabled my smooth transition between government, private consulting and corporate roles in South Africa, Sudan the United Arab Emirates, as well as in the diplomatic community in Saudi Arabia. 🔺 A competitive spirit and persevering nature are constant drivers to achieve my targets and exceed my stakeholder expectations. The people solutions I have designed and delivered for some of the world’s most valued and admired brands were well-received and acknowledged for its business impact. 🔺 Membership of professional associations outside of work, conference engagements, as well as personal research interests have enable me to stay abreast of industry trends. I hold registrations with the European Association for Aviation Psychology as well as the Health Professions Council in South Africa. 🔹MY PASSION My love for adventure sports, physical fitness and music challenges so many aspects of the intellect – creativity, sequential processing and neuroplasticity. This is the fuel that keeps my brain/body system going and protects my mental health and wellbeing.
