    Jan 2026 - Present · 7 mos

STS Digital Ltd. is a Bermuda-based principal dealer and market maker providing institutional market access and deep liquidity across a wide range of products and options on more than 400 digital asset tokens. As Chief Marketing Officer, I lead the global marketing vision for one of the world’s leading crypto options trading platforms, helping redefine how institutions access and understand the evolving world of options trading. I launched the campaign “It’s Good to Have Options,” building a seamless, world-class marketing function spanning PR, brand strategy, social media, events, business development generation, partnerships, and growth marketing. In less than three months, I delivered what was forecasted as a full year of KPIs, significantly accelerating global visibility, strategic partnerships, market positioning, and commercial momentum for the business. • Investor Relations and Marketing Lead at Polkadot Capital Group
    May 2025 - Mar 2026 · 11 mos

I’m proud to have led marketing and investor relations for Polkadot Capital Group, the capital markets division of Polkadot focused on bridging traditional finance and institutional engagement in Web3. At PCG, I spearheaded efforts to elevate awareness, deepen stakeholder trust, and strengthen strategic partnerships across the institutional ecosystem, including asset managers, venture capital firms, and service providers. My work included: • Crafting and activating targeted messaging that communicated PCG’s mission and value proposition to institutional audiences. • Building and nurturing key investor relationships, ensuring credible visibility and credibility in a rapidly evolving digital assets landscape. • Supporting strategic collaborations across the Web3 ecosystem to expand PCG’s institutional footprint. This role allowed me to blend strategic marketing, thoughtful stakeholder engagement, and ecosystem-driven communication, all aimed at empowering institutions to confidently navigate and adopt Polkadot’s innovative Web3 infrastructure. I resigned to join STS Digital Ltd to be Chief Marketing Officer. I was awarded 100% of my 2025 bonus for the value and quality of my work efforts.

  • Caretaker to U.S. Army Combat War Veteran Purple Heart at Family
    Feb 2023 - Apr 2025 · 2 yrs 3 mos

I took 100% responsibility of my 90-year-old U.S. Army Combat War Veteran father when my mother suddenly died and surprised and shocked everyone. Starting day of, I had to learn how to care directly for an elderly man whilst working full-time. Feeding, cleaning, caring, dressing, comforting, medical appointments, over 40 medications a day at 5 different times of day and keeping a never-ending collection of M&Ms. By the time he passed at age 92 at Phelps Memorial Hospital in Sleepy Hollow, New York, I had a personal staff and the VA home as support and local providers ensuring he had fresh ravioli and meatballs weekly, hot towel shaves, manicure and pedicure and of course, massages and gourmet pistachio ice cream with rainbow sprinkles. When I was not on site, I received over 3 hours of phone calls a day, daily, from medical doctors, nurses, providers, etc. Many in the middle of the night. I had to become a subject matter expert on Veteran Administration care, even for a 100% service-connected decorated war hero. I had to become an expert of Medicare B and other Medicare programs as they do not cover Eyes, Ears, Dental, Personal Care and Feet. By the time he passed, I had bought more than 9 pairs of hearing aids, over the counter and prescription, 11 pairs of glasses, 8 pairs of sneakers and shoes and endless "comfort clothing" as they were constantly being lost or ruined. I am sharing this listing here in hopes the younger generation read this as I must say this 2.5 years of my usual incredible life was the best honor I could ever have had and ever dream of indeed. If you get a chance to care directly for an elderly parent or the elderly in general, take it. You will be a stronger and a more insightful person. You will have more compassion and logic.

  • Capital Readiness Program Alumni Initiative at University City Science Center
    Mar 2024 - Mar 2025 · 1 yr 1 mo

Designed, strategized, and launched the Alumni Initiative for the Science Center’s Capital Readiness Program, building a structured post-program pathway for high-growth healthcare startups. Worked directly and intensively with founding Chief Executives following program completion to assess post-raise positioning, growth readiness, and next-phase capital strategy. Advised medtech, digital health, and healthcare technology companies that had raised $500K+ and were preparing to raise $1M–$5M in institutional investment. Identified and prioritized next-step growth initiatives, including go-to-market refinement, investor narrative development, and strategic marketing support available through the Science Center ecosystem. Acted as a strategic bridge between alumni founders and the Science Center’s capital, commercialization, and network resources, ensuring continued momentum beyond the core program. Contributed to strengthening the Science Center’s long-term founder engagement model by formalizing alumni support for scalable, impactful healthcare innovation.
