Providing day to day support to the Sales & Marketing team in both the UK and Middle East. Including diary management, travel arrangements, arranging meetings for the team. Event support and fleet management of Uk marketing fleet. With a fleet of marketing cars for UK Sales & Marketing events such as Cheltenham Festival and Southampton International Boat Show, and for retailer events. Management of the bookings, preparation and transportation. Management of the Company Vehicle Fleet, responsible for acquision, contract hire or purchase and renewal of all company vans and cars (fleet of 50 vehicles). Meeting budgetary requirements for fleet management and ongoing vehicle maintenance. Computer Skills and competences: Word, Sage, Excel, Axim/Redsky - software for the Construction Industry, emailing and ongoing maintenance of the Company website (Word Press). Regularly update social media pages for the business, such as Face book and Twitter.
