PM/PMO on BNYM Investment Compliance Project: -Coordinating with team members on a daily basis to understand the status of ongoing tasks, escalating issues where appropriate - Coordinating Conversion Workstream Tasks - Management of Project Milestones and Go Live Criteria - Coordination of Weekly PMO Status Reports and KPIs. Providing a central point of contact for the project stream/team - Coordination of Bi-Weekly Internal and Joint Steer Co Committees, which involves managing verbal and written communication with the various stakeholder groups - Constructing & maintaining project plan(s) for designated project streams which are consistent with agreed project objectives, timelines, and scope - Maintaining an overall oversight over all planned tasks, ensuring potential issues and divergences from plans are escalated appropriately. - Identifying and managing actions, issues, risks, and change control throughout the project life cycle. Following on from my Business Solutions Analyst role below, I am also acting as BA and Project Manager for Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Project: - Assisting in engaging with functional teams to identify opportunities to improve and streamline their business processes and remove pain points - Assisting in assessing opportunities to recommend what changes are required to achieve the improvement by means of automation and or lean business redesign - Assisting in transferring the functional design to the development team ensuring a complete understanding - Partner with our RPA developers to build, test, deliver and support RPA solutions on automation projects - Bringing external views and research to advance the organization's use of RPA capabilities and lean business design

As Telesales Specialist my main duties were: Contacting existing customers to check if they have enough stock of scale labels. Answering questions about products. Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed Enter and update customer information in the database Taking and processing orders Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation Going the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales Keeping records of calls and sales and note useful information
Assisting the preparation of electronic shelf labels for installation in SuperValus and Centra across the country, monitoring incomings, doing surveys to understand better the demand and offering the necessary data to every customer, testing and complying of reports of Electronic Shelf Labels, picking and dispatching of additional orders for stores, organizing and preparing stock for installation at Musgrave trade shows, record stock of incoming materials, assisting stockroom manager in daily duties.
• Customer Support: Provide support to end users of the C-Plus 4 system and related modules (CNAB, NFe, C-Plus PDV) via phone, chat, and ticketing systems. • Issue Management: Log faults, manage response times, and resolve issues, ensuring technical problems are clearly explained to non-technical clients. • System Installation & Configuration: Install and configure company-developed systems, ensuring routine backups and assisting in disaster recovery. • Troubleshooting & Data Analysis: Analyze user support data to identify patterns, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements. • System Maintenance: Work with Windows servers and applications in a mixed OS environment, executing scripts for database-related problems. • Training: Conduct training sessions for final customers and resellers on system usage.
