I’m an HR Consultant and Coach who supports leaders and organisations to create high-performing, people-first cultures. With 16 years’ experience across public and private sectors, start-ups, SMEs and international organisations, I blend strategic HR expertise with accredited coaching - and a pragmatic, action-oriented approach - to help leaders build confidence, communicate effectively and lead their teams through growth and change. My core expertise lies in: - Strategic HR & Talent Planning: supported by coaching conversations that help leaders clarify priorities, improve decision-making, and lead with intention. - Change Management: using coaching to support leaders and teams through uncertainty, resistance, and transformation. - Employee Engagement & Experience: informed by coaching insights that bring to life what people really need to thrive. Key outcomes I’ve helped my clients achieve (just a few examples): - Increased headcount for a SME from c15 to over 100, using a variety of cost-effective recruitment methods. - Supported a local council to introduce a new ATS and DBS checking system during covid, making the full recruitment system more efficient and improving the experience for candidates, management and HR staff. - Supported a government department to Bronze Investor In People Award. - Designed a revised salary, benefits and recognition system that improved attraction and retention. If you're a business leader looking to build or transform your HR function, or you're scaling and need a people strategy that works, I’d love to connect. Drop me a message to talk about how we can build something meaningful together. ABNLP Accredited Practitioner and Coach. Level 5 Diploma in Integrative Health and Nutrition Coaching.
