Deliver, evolve, and grow the Executive Engagement Program. This strategic initiative supports Enterprise Sales teams & GTM by furthering C-Suite relationships with our most important customers and by managing a motion to support these executive interactions on an on-going basis. - Responsible for evolving & growing the Executive Engagement Program; this strategic initiative supports Enterprise Sales teams & GTM by furthering C-Suite & stakeholder relationships with our most important customers - Responsible for building scalable, high touch marketing events that engage enterprise CXO audiences at 1st & 3rd party events; Leveraging data to understand key cities to target for said events - Created differentiated exec engagement motions - Deal Sponsorship & Executive Sponsorship - that drive the business forward by engaging & influencing more senior executive contacts & stakeholders in both key deals & high value, strategic customers; this included enablement for the field, exec team & creation of templated materials to support preparation & execution of meetings & engagements - Developed process & operational rigor for the field to request exec engagement, while creating system to help prioritize asks for our leaders, while also measuring impact
Develop and build out exec briefing program both at HQ and in the field or/at events. Enable sales and success around how to engage with the program, as well as engage with their accounts at a deeper level. Work cross functionally across executive team, product, PMM and creative to establish and deliver an up-leveled experience for customers, prospects and and partners. Design workflows and processes to scale the program which is designed to accelerate and increase pipeline, retention and adoption across customer base and prospects.
• Run and manage the end to end customer experiences that take place on the road at designated events • Drive the program management for Executive Briefing Center on the road with Marketing Events, Key Sales Executives, CSG, and Executive Management • Own alignment of speakers, executive hosts, relevant content for assigned Dreamforce & WT customer meetings • Manage planning & On-site event leader and point of contact for all EBC customer meetings. on-site event execution of the EBC at each designated event • Execute a consistent process while also ensuring differentiated regional strategy to deliver a successful EBC experience at each event
