Programme established as a key enabler to achieving the Bank strategy of becoming a “Digital First Bank”. Assigned PMO/Project Support to programme tasked with the delivery of a new on-line banking solution together with supporting infrastructure at a cost of £50 million. Programme was tasked with replacing the aging on-line banking platform following lack of investment over a 15 year period and successfully delivered new dedicated, scalable infrastructure together with a new Online Banking service providing a modern user interface and additional online functionality across Smile and the Co-operative Bank brands.

Supporting the team in respect of release planning including ownership of the portfolio plan. • Small Change. Management of minor change backlog including prioritisation of the backlog, scheduling in associated development and test resource, engagement with Service Team in respect of change deployments. • Reporting, provision of key reports to wider stakeholder groups in a timely manner. • Change Pipeline. Initiation and oversight of key technology led forum in order that the team could effectively oversee the change pipeline. Creation of the associated process in order to accept new initiatives within the portfolio pipeline. • Supporting Data Management Team including capturing business needs in respect of MI, scheduling workshops with key stakeholders in order to capture client requirements, translated outcomes into user stories to inform backlogs for prioritisation. • Provision of support to the GDPR project team pending assignment of Project Management resource. • Resource Capacity planning. Creation of associated tool to capture capacity needs, working with the teams to inform resource demand needs in order to deliver portfolio outcomes. • Finance. Creation of associated tools in order to track project spend. Undertook analysis in order that all associated financial trackers where up to date capturing spend to date. Creation of supporting processes to support financial period end moving forwards. • Jira, SharePoint administration. • Provision of support to the management team in respect of key team meetings including Architecture Governance, Core Management Team meetings and represented the technology team at wider business meeting Portfolio Co-ordination Board.
Provision of PMO support during the inaugural stage of the Group Separation Programme initiated following legal separation of Group and Bank in December 2013. The aim of the programme was to support separation of shared technology (networks, infrastructure & data), reversal of business services provided to Bank, separation of business functions and Third Party contracts following Bank merger with Group in 2012/13. Engaged to provide support during the programme discovery phase in respect of Group led activity. • Key role was provision of PMO support to programme teams in executing and maintaining prescribed project artefacts in line defined standards including quality assurance checks. Production of appropriate reporting and MI to meet stakeholder needs. In addition, monitoring progress of completion of Project Initiation Documents, including engagement with Bank PMO and supporting Project Managers in securing appropriate funding during initiation stage.
