18 year career in CBA. 3 years experience in City Branches, Customer Service, Teller, Retail Lending. 15 years experience in the Credit Card Department experience all facets from account creation to customer complaints to customer queries, fraud investigation & dispute resolution. Managed teams of up to 40 people. Studied Diploma in Management with Workplace Australia Group. I was promoted very early in my career & the Bank's training was ongoing throughout my 18 & half years with them. My committed attitude was always my strength & my departure was due to my young family commitments.
