I have spent 17 years working with the Remedy application suite of products, from implementation, support, and development, to design and planning. I have successfully completed many of the available certifications inclusive of trainer certification and have developed my technical skills through hands on delivery enabling a high level of service delivered to my customers. I have been responsible for providing technical and functional architectural proposals to a number of enterprise clients. A keen understanding of the Implementation methodology, lifecycle and project requirements enables me to ensure the successful implementation and functional use of the ITSM Suite of applications by my customers.
