I work at the intersection of policy and technology, building and running the systems that keep people safe online. My experience spans content policy, Trust & Safety operations, and AI enforcement, translating complex policy into practice and making it work at scale. With a background across political campaigns, Harvard's Kennedy School, and an MIT Sloan MBA, I move comfortably between big-picture strategy and the operational detail of getting things done.
I lead policy and enforcement work for a high-sensitivity content area within Trust & Safety, owning how policy is translated into practice across both human review and AI systems. • Own operational guidelines end to end turning complex, ambiguous policy into clear, enforceable standards used across review teams. • Build the data, frameworks, and processes behind automated enforcement, helping move review from manual work toward AI-supported systems. • Lead high-priority escalations alongside policy and legal partners, and developed a team to authority-level expertise.
Joined the Global Risk Operations org for the summer to work on a policy and strategy project. • Used data analysis to improve operational alignment between teams and inform leadership decisions. • Delivered recommendations to senior leadership on closing process and resourcing gaps.
Built and led programs at the intersection of technology and public policy, reporting to the Center Director and former Secretary of Defense Ash Carter. • Managed a fellowship for mid-career technologists, overseeing program strategy and operations. • Built partnerships across government, venture capital, and leading technology firms to expand the program's reach.
• Developed program strategy and used data to surface the trends shaping technology policy. • Cultivated partnerships and engagement that expanded the project's audience and impact.
Managing two state senate races in District 1 and District 13. Led voter data analysis, communications, and field operations to compete in tight races.
