Octave is the planned software spin-off from Hexagon AB focused on unleashing intelligence at scale. Previous Hexagon Asset Lifecycle Intelligence. Leading recruitment efforts across Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Argentina, Peru, Venezuela, and Mexico. As the principal recruitment partner for the region, my focus is on creating exceptional hiring experiences while driving strategic talent acquisition initiatives. -Employer Brand Advocate representing Hexagon’s values and mission to attract and retain top-tier talent across LATAM. -Full-Cycle Recruitment Ownership, managing talent pipelines from start to finish, partnering closely with Hiring Managers and Solution Leads to meet business needs effectively. -Use data insights like Linkedin Talent Insights and Internal data approach to solve challenges, guide decisions, and educate stakeholders on recruitment trends and opportunities. -Training & Development, facilitating and designing Hiring Manager training sessions, playbooks, to enhance alignment and streamline hiring processes. -LATAM Internship Program, fostering a pipeline of emerging talent for the region. -Candidate Experience, ensuring a positive, transparent, and engaging recruitment journey for every candidate, building trust and lasting connections.
- Managing positions with Talent Acquisition team and business units to work as a Project Leader with recruitment in a sprint frame with all Agile rituals applied to TA. -Agile facilitator for Talent Acquisition projects across Latin America, guiding Agile ceremonies (Refinement, Sprint Planning, Sprint Kickoffs, Daily Stand-Ups, Retrospectives, and Showcases). -Manage sprint commitments on Kanban boards, monitor daily project progress with a focus on burn downs and velocity. -Address obstacles alongside Headcount Owners and Hiring Managers, leveraging AgileTA metrics. - Indirect leadership with an average of 6 recruiters. - KPI's and Metrics to make sure the project is running on schedule. - Partner with business leaders to understand the strategic direction and operation of the organization; - Contact with executives to forecast positions to be worked on, as well as development of strategies to close them in the proposed time. -Promote a culture of ongoing learning, ensuring Scrum Teams are effective and aligned with project objectives (meeting hiring goals, enhancing diversity, reducing time to hire, improving recruitment quality, and enhancing client satisfaction).
- Recruitment with Agile Methodology in Talent Acquisition - Agile Advocate in Talent Acquisition, with mentorships and trainings in Latin America. - Recruitment process for Security( IAM & Cybersecurity OT), Services, Sales, Technical Sales, Software Developer, Cloud (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS), finance and business roles in all seniorities. - Main focus in Executive positions (B9 +) - Strategies for including more diversity in hiring - Recruitment LATAM (Mexico, Costa Rica, Colombia, Chile, Argentina, Peru and Brazil) - Compensation Study with employee retention strategies in the long term
RPO Randstad Sourceright -Hiring for Agro, Paints (Suvinil), Performance Chemicals, Personal Care in the Laboratory and the entire chemical and corporate segment from the alignment to the offer of the Brazil level candidate.
