Experience in a variety of Parking Managerial Areas including: - Supervise and mentor a team of 20+ parking attendants, including lead and senior representatives, ensuring full coverage for daily, night/weekend, and special-event shifts (7-day/24-hr operations). - - - - - - - - - - Conduct pre-shift briefings, assign duties, and distribute all materials (handheld citation devices, boot kits, radios) to support enforcement staff. Maintain in-depth knowledge of permit types, configure and audit parking-permit designation databases, administer relevant parking permits and passes to hospital staff and patients. Parking Enforcement Management: Manage team to issue and monitor parking citations and warning notices using wireless handheld printers and citation databases; enforce California Vehicle Code and company policy. Operate and manage LPR systems using VERT System - (handheld application for license plate recognition and issuing violations), two-way radios (phonetic alphabet and codes), and oversee booting/towing procedures; coordinate with company policy for impounds and manage impounded-vehicle inventories and owner notifications. Prepare and analyze daily activity reports (occupancy surveys, citation logs, revenue tracking) via Excel and department software (JMS Parking Systems Software) Conduct safety and condition audits of parking garages and lots—inspect poor lot conditions, outdated signage, striping, lighting, and malfunctioning equipment; partner with facilities and signage teams to update and repaint markings. Inspect lots and equipment regularly; report signage, striping, and device malfunctions and perform basic corrective maintenance. Lead recruitment: serve on interview panels, hire and train new enforcement and maintenance staff; complete performance reviews and corrective-action plans. Provide ongoing training in safe vehicle and equipment use; enforce safety standards, work rules, and departmental protocols.
Assist the Property Manager in preparing and managing property budgets. Collect and deposit rent and other fees and accurately track all financial transactions. Ensure all expenses are properly recorded and reconciled. Respond to resident inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate property maintenance and repairs. Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Support the leasing process by conducting property tours and processing lease applications. Assist in managing vendor relationships and contracts. Participate in resident events and activities to foster a sense of community. Assist with the development and implementation of property policies and procedures. Maintain accurate and up-to-date property records and reports. Stay informed about market trends and recommend strategies to maximize property performance.
- Managing a central hub/warehouse location where we import and export thousands of pounds of dry food, fruits, vegetables, and canned goods weekly from several of our corporate accounts to the local community. - Delegating and managing workers for onsite duties - Assisting and working directly with the Executive Director frequently in packing and distributing food to the local Oakland community, coordinating pick up/drop off schedules, maintaining and logging inventory into database - Packing and distributing food to Quba Masjid of Alameda, LightHouse Mosque, Walnut Creek Masjid, Telegraph Masjid, Masjid - Al Rahman, Brentwood Masjid, Pittsburgh Masjid, for Jummah prayers ( Support Life does this every Friday ) - Occasional Saturday food distributions at MCA Santa Clara ( Packing and distributing up to 30,000 pounds of food ) - Home delivering food boxes to local members throughout Santa Clara using well - prepared routes for the Saturday Program.
