• Collaborated with Contract Analytics Managers (CAMs) to create and challenge rebate, allowance, and returns (RAR) rates for GSK’s Vaccines Business (Bexsero, Menveo, Shingrix, etc.). • Managed and influenced a broad network of internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate reporting of all rates pertinent to the gross to net forecast. • Utilized Hyperion Essbase to create gross to net forecast, which accounts for nearly 50% of the P&L, for GSK’s Vaccines, Hospital, and Channel Wholesaler segments. • Developed a comprehensive report identifying target segments by gross trade sales for Field Sales Vice President to identify markets to increase GSK presence.
• Managed GSK’s restructuring effort to relocate R&D Finance Services support to a low-cost service center in Poznan, Poland by influencing senior leaders for knowledge transfer sessions with relevant stakeholders in GSK House which allowed for smooth and efficient transition of R&D related activities to the Hub (Poznan). • Created a master document of all processes performed by Financial Reporting team while simultaneously implementing process improvements to help Consumer and Pharma Finance Transformations in the Hub (Costa Rica). o GSK Global Recognition - Awarded Silver Award • Investigated and rectified over $30m of journal entries by writing off or reclassifying to the appropriate balance sheet accounts, which resulted in a more accurate balance sheet. • Improved process to reconcile balance sheet accounts by creating automated templates which reduced an 8-hour turnaround to a 1-hour turnaround. o GSK Global Recognition – Awarded Bronze Award
• Led an audit of over 1000 confidential regulatory draft guidances and files while migrating all SharePoint content to an updated platform. • Managed and supported execution of the ERO group’s comprehensive strategic communication plan by managing several distribution lists of several thousand users across Johnson & Johnson’s enterprise. • Collaborated with senior leaders to design webpage for ERO’s updated SharePoint platform, with sub platforms for global regions (NA, LATAM, EMEA, & Asia). • Corresponded with Core and Council members to achieve full compliance with regulations and draft guidances while maintaining a comprehensive list of over 1200 entries of all external engagement within Johnson & Johnson’s enterprise in order to identify gaps in committees directly responsible for regulation/guidance creation.
