The teams delivered multiple releases of the Prisma-Media Management, Lumina-Media Planning, Ignitia-Media Finance, TVIQ-TV/CTV Forecasting and Scope-Closed Ecosystem Products to Media Agencies and brands across US, Europe & Asia. All major agency holding companies use Mediaocean as their “system of record” for all media buying. ▪︎Implemented process, culture and tooling changes across all remote teams to enable faster decision-making, increased software development agility, and enhanced velocity. These initiatives resulted in an average increase of ~50% in faster feature delivery. ▪︎Played a key role as a member of the core executive team that oversaw the acquisition of Flashtalking by Mediaocean and the subsequent sale of Mediaocean to CVC Capital.

Together we established the architecture, processes, and culture that empowered the team to develop 'Scope'—a cloud-native Ad tech product tailored for media agencies and brands. Scope caters to over 100 agencies and brands across the US, Europe, and Asia, contributing to an annual revenue growth, reaching $50 million. ■ We led the formation of the Data Engineering and ML Operations team, which developed the Converged Media Planner for NBC-US and Disney-Star India. Our solution seamlessly combined data from Nielsen, Kinetiq, Inscape, and Trusignal. By establishing efficient data pipelines and integrating ML Operations, we provided a scaled machine learning-driven solution.
