After years in private wealth management, helping clients navigate complexity, risk and long-term outcomes, I found myself drawn to a different question: Why are we doing more for our skin than ever, yet feeling less in control of it? The deeper I looked, the more I noticed the same pattern. People treat acne, then sensitivity shows up. They focus on pigmentation, then their barrier gets compromised. They add more products, yet their skin often becomes more reactive, unpredictable and difficult to manage. That observation became the foundation for EVOVE. We're building skincare around a simple belief: skin functions as an interconnected system, yet most skincare has traditionally treated concerns one at a time. Our goal is to create a more intelligent approach to skin health that works with the realities of how skin actually behaves. For me, EVOVE sits at the intersection of science, consumer behaviour and human wellbeing. It's an opportunity to build something that helps people feel more confident, informed and in control of their skin. Outside of work, you'll usually find me chasing a great cup of coffee, exploring cities through a camera lens, hunting for vintage finds, or planning my next trip. I've always been drawn to things that are thoughtfully crafted and built to last, a curiosity that influences how I think about brands, products and experiences.
