• Data-Mining for tele-calling & lead generation. • Fix appointments with prospective customers by sending mailers & tele-calling. • Meeting with new prospective B2B customers. • Coordination with the management for lead generation, follow ups & proposals to be sent. • Meeting & signing up new facilitators, consultants & e-commerce websites who can help reach out more number of customers. • Booking of orders for the various activities of the Company. • Handling customer enquiries. • Handling company’s e-commerce portal & other major e-commerce portals. • Giving product training to the sales staff of the distribution channel partners both organized & non-organized channels. • Putting up a helpdesk at many organizations & societies to spread awareness & business promotion. • Studying market trends, getting feedback from customers on improvement of offerings & tracking information about competitors. • Identify Events for Participation as a Speaker, Exhibitor, Sponsor, etc. • Report to management on weekly & monthly basis.
