• Working with preferred, Screened vendors who welcomes OPT-EAD, H1B, GC, USC, CPT candidates Profiles. • Sourcing the profiles and submitting them as per the requirement. • Strong Relationship with clients/partners and a consistent track record of the achieving business through them. • Sourcing on different Job Portals like (Dice, Tec fetch, Indeed, and CareerBuilder) for a different position to get the resume of the candidates. • Mass mailing to vendors regarding positions and getting the candidates resumes like mail chimp. • Working on different tax structures of US (full-time crop to crop) • Experience understanding of visa-related issues and tax terms and contracting process such as H1b, EAD, OPT TN and tax terms C2C(corp-corp), 1099, w2 hourly, W2 employee (Salaries and percentage) and immigrations process. • Scheduling the interviews and follow up with them and maintaining a pipeline of candidate's interviews. • Develop string client and Candidate relationship and maintain communication with Both. . HIGH Level of proficiency with MS Office, MS word and excel software. • Exploring all the requirements in the US by getting Connected with many Vendors through hotlist. • Negotiating the rates while submitting resumes to vendors and giving feedback to the vendors about the interview on regular basis. • Excellent relationship management skills to develop successful networks within senior management, staffing teams and HR Partners.
