• Ideated and led the creation of an exec level dashboard as part of a pilot project for the global Supply Chain Leadership Team of a Beauty, Personal Care & Cosmetics CPG major. The project was hugely successful resulting in the highest possible NPS of 10 and the account growing 10x within the year • Implemented RTM solutions with the Customer Development team of a Global CPG Conglomerate on a program in the Indonesian market to derive insights from POS transactions in the Traditional Trade market. These insights were used by the field teams across the country to build promotion and stock replenishment strategies. The program catered to stores forming a $70M market and the analytical solutions I built helped my client grow 1.5% faster than the market

• Predictive modelling for alpha strategy generation - created a model from scratch for a single stock. Achieved a 60% price movement prediction accuracy and a healthy equity curve simulation • Automating daily market monitoring activities
• Designed an ergonomic, 5 speed, cable-operated, construction vehicle gear shifter to withstand one million cycles • Conducted a feasibility study to manufacture a die cast ball joint in house, proposing an estimated 71% cost reduction for the component • Responsible for drafting production drawings for mechanical control cables
