As the President and Executive Director of Fossil Foundation and the senior director of Corporate Social Responsibility at Fossil Group, I have experience leading the ESG sustainability and social impact strategy and execution for Fossil Group and its partners. I am passionate about unleashing the power of the rising generation and empowering women and girls through disruptive innovations and community partnerships with the world's leading social innovators. In my dual role, I lead the Fossil Foundation's operations, board, and partnerships, as well as global community engagement and social impact within the Make Time For Good framework. I also lead Corporate Reporting related to Corporate Social Responsibility and spearhead the Executive Leadership Council. I collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align our Environmental, Social, and Governance priorities with the business strategy and values of Fossil Group.

Kara oversees Fossil Foundation as the Executive Director and is also a Board Member. Kara is responsible for leading the team that makes partnership recommendations.
Kara leads the overall strategy for Fossil's ESG strategy and execution. Additionally, Kara has direct oversight of global community engagement and social impact.
