I am an executive, board member, investor, and advisor with more than 25 years of professional experience in technology, energy, utilities, corporate transformation, and business development. My professional journey began in 2000 when I co-founded a software and technology company. In 2004, I joined Bursagaz during its privatization and transformation process following the acquisition by Çalık Holding. As part of the sector’s first SAP implementation project, I contributed to the transition from public administration to private sector management. Throughout my career, I have held leadership roles in Information Systems, Customer Services, Finance, Business Development, Energy Distribution, Energy Trading, and Corporate Transformation. Following Bursagaz, I joined EWE Turkey Holding, where I played an active role in establishing new companies and developing business opportunities in natural gas distribution and energy trading. In 2013, I joined Kolin Group and led strategic transformation and change management initiatives across the Group’s energy operations. Within Kolin and Koloğlu Holding, I served as a Board Member of Boğaziçi, Akdeniz, and Çamlıbel Electricity Distribution Companies. I also participated in the commissioning and operation of Etki Port FSRU, Türkiye’s first Floating Storage and Regasification Unit facility. Completed in record time, it later became one of the highest-capacity-utilization FSRU facilities in the world. Since 2008, I have actively contributed to the development of the Turkish natural gas distribution sector through the Natural Gas Distribution Companies Association of Türkiye (GAZBİR), serving on various committees, the Board of Directors, and most recently as Vice President for two consecutive terms. Today, as Founder and Chairman of CKYD Management Consulting, I support investors, entrepreneurs, and organizations in: • Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) • Corporate Governance • Energy Investments & Advisory • Commercial Real Estate Transactions • Strategic Business Development • International Investments Beyond my corporate and advisory activities, coffee has always been one of my greatest passions. What began as a personal interest gradually evolved into a professional journey. Through IVOVA Coffee and CoffeeHub, I continue to combine entrepreneurship, hospitality, and specialty coffee into a business that reflects both my professional experience and personal passion. My focus is simple: creating sustainable value through strategic thinking, disciplined execution, and long-term partnerships.
