I’m a Human Resource Management major at Western Michigan University, graduating in Summer 2026, and acquired the SHRM-CP Certification in February 2026. I have hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and HRIS administration. My work experience has given me the opportunity to contribute to initiatives in process improvement and policy development while using Paylocity, Salesforce, and ImageRight. I’ve supported teams through the entire employee lifecycle—from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance documentation and legal compliance (I-9, E-Verify, & labor law research). My strengths lie in my attention to detail, ability to streamline HR processes, and passion for building compliant people-focused workplaces. As I approach graduation, I’m actively seeking a full-time Human Resources position where I can continue to grow and contribute to strategic HR functions. I’m especially interested in roles where I can apply my problem-solving skills and passion for building inclusive, efficient workplace cultures.
