Born and raised in the Northern Virginia/DC area, it was only natural that I feel most at home in a fast-paced work environment full of change and growth. My parents were never surprised to receive a report card with notes mentioning that I was chatty because humans have always been at the center of everything that I do. I experienced a career jumpstart when I became a C-Suite Virtual Assistant and Operations Manager, which I credit with my ability to calm storms and bring organization to chaos. Since then, I have ignited into a multifaceted leader in remote program and project management who is at her best with the opportunity to create, innovate, strategize, and execute. As someone who has built a remote career for over 15 years, I believe that the future of work is now. I have a proven ability to cultivate and strategically grow diverse remote teams through empathy, relationship building, and team-focused growth initiatives. Combine that with an environment heavy in project or program management and you’ve whipped up the recipe to my heart. I’m not just an amazing worker, I’m also a human! 🤓 I’m a nerd and I own it. 🤟🏼 I'm fluent in ASL. 🦄 I’m an INFJ and I think personality assessments are magical. ✍🏼 I have an affinity for all things stationery and I give preference to paperback over digital. 🎮 Friday nights frequently involve losing myself in a Zelda fantasy world. 🤘🏼Most importantly, I’m a momma to 3 who proudly earned two Master’s degrees while working full-time and homeschooling.
