•Responsible for 500+ member 501(c)(3) Parent Teacher Organization including more than 10 subcommittees made up of volunteers and professional staff dedicated to fundraising, educational programming and general school support. Manage budget of approximately $30K annually. •Recruited for this job specifically to provide oversight and structure to a new and inexperienced executive board. Immediately identified and resolved critical tax issues to reinstate lapsed not-for-profit status.
