About

I am Kanza Syed-a Kisan by education and an educationist by profession who believes education can do wonders. My journey began with an MPhil in Agricultural Entomology, where I was honored with the prestigious University Colour Award. As President of the Art Club U.A.F, I championed theatre, dance, photography, and visual arts, proudly representing my university and Pakistan at national and international forums-including the South Asian Youth Convention in Kathmandu and the Global Symposium at National Taiwan University, Taipei. Along the way, I won multiple accolades and cash prizes from both government institutions and the private sector for my contributions in academics, arts, and leadership. Professionally, I began as an IB MYP teacher and grew into school headship, administration, counseling, and teacher training, specializing in the K-12 sector. In 2024, I was recognized as Best Counselor of the Month, an acknowledgment of my commitment to guiding students with purpose and impact. Over the years, my students have secured admissions in world-renowned universities with millions of dollars in scholarships and funding, both at the high school and undergraduate level-a testament to my belief that the right guidance opens global doors. As a researcher and mentor, I founded the LEAP Project, an initiative that connects students with acclaimed researchers worldwide, offering them real-world research exposure and the confidence to innovate. Alongside this, I founded Khirad, a social enterprise dedicated to student capacity-building and profile development, preparing the next generation to be not just achievers, but compassionate changemakers. Beyond academics, I’ve collaborated with nonprofits to promote education, peace, interfaith harmony, and women’s rights, and led youth in initiatives spanning community service, performing arts, and social impact projects. 💡 At heart, I am an educationist, administrator, researcher, and activist, passionate about making modern education accessible for all and creating opportunities for students to grow into global citizens who lead with courage, creativity, and compassion.
