Over 11 years of experience in public accounting as part of PwC’s Silicon Valley Technology Practice. I have worked on a large variety of companies, including venture capital-backed start-ups, pre-IPO companies to public multinationals (including Fortune 500 companies) in the technology, software and internet space, including SaaS companies. Vast experience in various technical accounting areas including software revenue recognition, equity and stock compensation, mergers & acquisitions (business combinations), and initial public offerings. Experience in implementation and testing of internal controls in accordance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX 404) reporting requirements. As part of the implementation met with senior members of management, process owners of all business operations and consultants hired to assist in the implementation process.
