Conversational AI Product management. A few highlights of my responsibilities in the past few years: - Product management of Core NLU, NLP and Dialog Management models: ---PRD development for intent recognition, entity extraction, Slot filing, ---ideating new domain bringing $M in revenues, ---setting domain specific KPIs - Dialogue management: User context management and personalized recommendation, --- managed conversation flow UX designs - overseeing voice designers, and --- implemented contextual user's information (location, time of the day, mood, weather, etc.) for personalized recommendation ("Shall we drive to work now", "are we going home-> do you want to listen to your usual playlist of evening commute?", etc.) using our ML models - Ideated new AI domain development: E.g. Trucking domain. (Booking revenue $M, SOM - $M) ---Deep understanding of how AI models are trained, evaluated, and integrated into our Voice Assistant. - Pioneered data based Roadmap prioritization: ---Pioneered data analysis loop syncing with my sprint releases and analyzed millions of user data (e.g., voice logs, user voice statements, failed cases) ----- identified top 20% domain-specific use cases which the users ACTUALLY care about: Set KPIs and Improved voice assistant's quality by directing efforts towards these identified use cases ---Boosted customer satisfaction and minimized potential losses due to lost/canceled contracts by creating monthly sales enablement channel. ------------ 8+ years of product management experience, launching and scaling products from zero to one. 12+ years of people management experience including of product, data, UX and QA team.
