Hi there! I'm Kasia (pronounced Kah-sha). I'm a proud Chicago native and a graduate of UIC. With a strong background in Customer Service across a variety of industries, I truly enjoy helping people and creating positive experiences. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me exploring forest preserves with my dog, Theo—we both love a good hike. Lately, I’ve been diving into photography and learning as I go, so if you have any tips, I’m all ears! I currently live in a suburb of Chicago, but I still jump at any opportunity to head downtown. Even after all these years, I love playing tourist in my own city.
