- Industrialization of new products by setting of process parameters and preparing of production process - Setting product recipes in WRMS and process parameters on production lines - Problem solving as a Project Team Leader or Team Member - Monitoring production performance, analysis of data and KPI’s to identify opportunities for process improvement in technical or engineering capability of plant and manufacturing activities - Working with continuous improvement process. Introducing new improvements and being a part of continuous improvement projects as a member or leading projects (incl. tooling downtimes) - Specifying tooling needs and commissioning of new tooling - Specifying all CAPEX needs and collect data from regional structures that are necessary for product industrialization - Commissioning of equipment delivered by CAPEX Project Team - Active participation in MFA and APQP meetings as an expert in the production process - Providing technical feedback to the regional technology development group regarding potential improvements and risks - Contributing in close out phase to optimize process parameters to achieve desirable process capability - Involved in the commissioning of new technology in JMPL
