Most companies don’t struggle because of lack of ideas. They struggle because product and engineering can’t execute against them. That’s where I work. I step into situations where execution has broken down: systems that don’t scale, teams that are spread too thin, or organizations that have lost clarity on what matters. Sometimes the company is growing and can’t keep up. Other times it’s stalled or underperforming. The work is the same - make a few clear decisions and get things moving again. My background spans founding environments, growth-stage companies, and enterprise organizations. I’ve built products from zero to acquisition, scaled platforms under heavy demand, and reset execution in situations where things had drifted or slowed down. I’m most useful in roles that sit between product, engineering, and business outcomes where I own execution while helping define direction when it isn’t obvious.
I help companies untangle the product, operations, and technology decisions that create friction and slow execution. I provide fractional CTO leadership, product and technical strategy, systems architecture guidance, and execution-focused engineering leadership for organizations navigating growth, transformation, or operational complexity. I partner with founders, executives, and leadership teams to identify bottlenecks, clarify priorities, stabilize critical systems, and align product, technology, and business objectives. My focus is helping organizations move from stalled initiatives and reactive decision-making to clear execution, stronger delivery, and sustainable growth.

Led a global product engineering organization across the U.S., Europe, and Uruguay. Improved development velocity by restructuring teams and introducing AI/ML practices that supported team-level effectiveness, increasing release throughput ~30% and reducing QA effort ~25% through AI-assisted QA workflows and shorter planning cycles. Established a nearshore engineering presence, expanding capacity and improving execution through better time zone alignment.
