I am a passionate and energetic professional eager to use my gifts to improve the lives of young people and hurting communities in Sacramento. My passions lie in mentorship, counseling, and working with children, adolescents, and adults that may face challenges on a daily basis. I have my BA from Sacramento State University as well as two associates degrees in Psychology and Social Science. I am deeply committed to supporting clients in reaching cognitive, social, and emotional milestones as well as teaching strategies for behavioral and emotional regulation.
