PROJECTS [ 13/01/2022 – 30/05/2022 ] Master's Thesis: A Convolutional Neutral Network Algorithm to Predict Healthy Individuals’ Brain Age • Using MRI images and Python to investigate healthy individuals' brain structure and predict Brain Age to estimate the level of aging. • Using the baseline model and building the CNN structure to fit the preprocessed image data. • Gaining expertise in Computer Vision, image processing, and application of AI in the medical area. [ 01/09/2021 – 01/12/2021 ] Tencent AIMIS Medical AI Competition: Predicitng Brain Age among Health Adults • As the team leader responsible for data processing, analyzing the data set, and preprocessing the original data through Python. • Organizing team members to discuss, and build a CNN network architecture to extract original 3D image features, and conduct statistical tests to compare models. • The model has been announced as a finalist and won 12th place. [ 01/09/2021 – 30/11/2021 ] Cleveland Heart Disease Prediction • Building a heart disease prediction model based on real-world data from Cleveland Heart Disease Data Set. • Cleaning, analyzing, deleting, and decoding the raw data with 13 attributes, computing the correlation between the attributes and heart disease. • Applying classification models to the data, calculating the accuracy and recall score, and choosing the suitable matrix as the indicator. • Visualizing the model and the prediction result using Dash Board.
