As a Floor Attendant, I worked along side of guests at Finger Lakes Gaming And Racetrack. I helped solve any problem they may have had, fixed errors in the gaming machines, cashed out jackpots, carried cash to break change for guests. Over all I was there to tend to guests needs.
The location that I was located at was a travel stop along the thruway. I started off working as a cashier at one of the restaurants and worked my way up to an assistant manager of the whole plaza. including the gift shop, Starbucks and the two restaurants.
