I am interested in an elementary school teaching position utilizing my certification, as well as my knowledge of instructional strategies, educational goals and learning principals.
I taught Riggs Institute phonograms as well as Open Court to insure success in literacy. I also taught Pearson History lessons and Singapore Math. I worked cooperatively with two other first grade teachers teaching the core knowledge curriculum.
I worked cooperatively alongside my supervising teacher, tutoring small groups, students one-on-one and directing whole group instruction. I taught Everyday Math and Open Court as well as teaching a variety of Science and Social Studies.
