Collaborative, post graduate design thinking project for a Swedish-client within the FMCG industry in cooperation with the University of Bologna (Italy) and Linköping University (Sweden)
Research focus: collective sensemaking & temporal relaxed stability in complex, long-term innovation projects (JAS 39 Gripen E/F development)
Financial & Business Analysis: Delivered in-depth analysis of business and investment cases, directly preparing executive decision-making on multi-million-euro opportunities. Reporting & Performance Tracking: Designed and implemented liquidity and monthly margin reporting scheme improving transparency to enable strategic downstream adjustments, Preparation of quarterly and annual reporting packages at holding level Member of group-wide strategic PMO serving as the bridge between local project managers and the executive committee. Monitored project activities across all Business Units (Mining, Processing, Training, Energy) in Armenia, South and Central Africa, Portugal and Germany ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and shareholder expectations Impact Highlights: • Improved reporting and forecasting accuracy enabling faster executive decision-making • Contributed to the evaluation of 300+ mEUR in investment/divestment opportunities.
Cooperative undergraduate program with the CRONIMET Group, particular focus on secondary specialty- and stainless markets as well as assisting holding departments in business development and Post Merger Integration projects (nowadays: CRONIMET Envirotech), evaluating business opportunities in a 3-month stay in the P.R.C.
