I enjoy strategic thinking and teamwork with leaders, who see marketing as a value and who work towards bigger goals. Long-term goals and plans always bring a better result. I don´t support overconsumption and that is why I prefer marketing projects, that bring together customers and providers, who offer long-lasting and smart solutions. My team at Finants ja Marketing OÜ is bringing smart systems and automation to our clients' accounting practices and we also offer accounting service for service-, industrial companies and startups. We strive for paperless accounting and automate routine data entry. At AI & Robotics Estonia I followed my mission to support Estonian Industrial Companies. AI & Robotics Estonia supports Estonian industrial companies in adopting smart digital solutions in the field of artificial intelligence and robotics. Why I started my company? I had a desire for a perfect job and company where everybody can concentrate on their best skills and where the internal climate supports it. Often people ask, why I linked accounting and marketing under "one roof"? We like getting deep into understanding our client's data and business. Isn´t accounting, sales, and marketing decoding their world in the best way? It is helping us to understand their business deeply. I guess from a very young age I am used to getting myself busy- and from my childhood, I got a passion for music and it still gets me going. And I dry like a flower without it. And I am hungry for new things. Asking myself or others, what will we do next, where will we go next, and always looking for new opportunities. As a toddler in the candy shop, my eyes start to shine when I go towards new projects or wonderful music events. I guess one #Belbin team role characterizes me best- I am a "Resource Investigator".
