I enjoy strategic thinking and teamwork with leaders, who work towards bigger goals. Long-term goals and plans always bring a better result. My faculties are accounting, marketing and business growth. Today I focus on two main roles: 1. Finants ja Marketing OÜ (CEO / CMO) I lead an accounting company, focused on growth companies. We help bring clarity into numbers and support leaders in making better decisions. For me, accounting is not just compliance. It is input for management decisions. My team at Finants ja Marketing OÜ is bringing smart systems and automation to our clients' accounting practices. We offer accounting service for service-, industrial companies and startups. We strive for paperless accounting and automate routine data entry. 2. Fractional CMO (Venten) I lead and coordinate marketing across the Baltics (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania). My role combines strategy and hands-on execution, always with a focus on supporting sales and business growth. I don´t support overconsumption and that is why I prefer marketing projects, that bring together customers and providers, who offer long-lasting and smart solutions.     Karl Bilder is a building materials store chain, focused on the B2B segment. Karl Bilder has 4 stores in Estonia. I was a partnering Brand Manager and Marketing Manager. I was entrusted with the management of the company's rebranding project from the planning stage - budget, deadlines, responsibilities, and implementation. I participated in the re-branding project and the creation of promotional materials in cooperation with the brand agency, the Brandmanual. I organized the rebranding process in all channels: stores, web, social media, vehicles, and promotional gifts. I was also the company's first marketing manager. I developed a marketing plan, and ads on social media-, in magazines, on the web, and in stores. In cooperation with the media agency, I helped to publish the company's magazine.
